By engaging California SEO’s services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into a service agreement on behalf of your business or organization.

8.2 Service Scope

California SEO provides SEO, GEO, AEO, local SEO, ecommerce SEO, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and related digital marketing services as described on our website and in your service agreement. Services are customized based on your business goals and industry.

8.3 Results Disclaimer

While California SEO employs proven, white-hat SEO strategies and has helped 300+ businesses achieve significant organic growth, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue results. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are beyond our control. Results vary based on industry competition, current website state, market conditions, and implementation factors.

8.4 Timeline

SEO is a long-term strategy. Initial improvements typically appear within 30-60 days. Significant traffic growth usually occurs within 3-6 months. Full results and compounding effects typically become apparent after 6-12 months of consistent optimization.

8.5 Monthly Management Services

Monthly SEO management services renew automatically each month unless cancelled with 30 days written notice. You have the flexibility to pause or cancel services at any time without penalty.

8.6 Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified in your invoice.

8.7 Price Changes

California SEO reserves the right to modify service pricing with 30 days written notice. Current clients will be notified of any price increases before they take effect.

9. White Hat SEO Commitment

California SEO commits to using only white-hat SEO techniques that comply with search engine guidelines. We do not engage in:

  • Black hat link schemes or link farming
  • Keyword stuffing or content manipulation
  • Cloaking or doorway pages
  • Private blog networks or link wheels
  • Paid link schemes
  • Article spinning or plagiarism
  • Any deceptive practices

If we discover such practices on your website during our audit, we will notify you and recommend remediation.

10. Client Responsibilities

10.1 Website Access

You agree to provide California SEO with necessary access to your website, hosting, domain registrar, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other tools required to perform services.

10.2 Content Ownership

You warrant that all content provided to California SEO for optimization is original, properly licensed, or owned by you. You agree to indemnify California SEO against any claims of copyright infringement or intellectual property violations.

10.3 Communication and Feedback

You agree to communicate any significant website changes, business strategy shifts, or market changes that may affect SEO strategy. You will notify California SEO of any algorithm updates or ranking changes that concern you.

10.4 Compliance

You agree to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your industry. California SEO is not responsible for legal compliance specific to your industry (healthcare, finance, etc.).

11. Confidentiality

California SEO agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding your business information, traffic data, revenue figures, and proprietary strategies discussed during our engagement. This confidentiality extends for 2 years following the end of our service relationship.

California SEO may use general, non-identifying information and results metrics for marketing purposes, case studies, and testimonials only with your prior written consent.

12. Intellectual Property

All tools, templates, strategies, reports, and methodologies developed by California SEO remain the property of California SEO. You are granted a license to use these materials for your business during the service engagement.

Any custom content, analysis, or strategic recommendations created specifically for your business remain your property upon completion of the engagement.

13. Limitation of Service

California SEO does not:

  • Guarantee removal of negative reviews or information from third-party websites
  • Control how search engines index or rank your website
  • Guarantee achievement of specific rankings or traffic levels
  • Provide legal advice specific to your industry or compliance matters
  • Provide tax or financial advice related to your business operations
  • Manage your website or make changes without explicit instruction
  • Guarantee protection against search engine penalties

14. Service Suspension

California SEO reserves the right to suspend services immediately if:

  • Payment is 30 days overdue
  • You request illegal activities or violation of search engine guidelines
  • You provide false or misleading information about your business
  • You misuse our services or violate these Terms & Conditions

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless California SEO, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Your content or claims made on your website
  • Your misuse of our services
  • Third-party claims related to your website or business

16. Modifications to Service

California SEO reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services with 30 days written notice. This includes changes to service features, pricing, or availability.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between parties for 30 days
  2. Mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator if negotiation fails
  3. Binding arbitration in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India under Indian Arbitration Act if mediation fails

Both parties agree that this is preferable to litigation and waive the right to jury trial.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with your signed service agreement and any amendments thereto, constitute the entire agreement between you and California SEO regarding the use of our services and website.

21. Changes to Terms

California SEO reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
